AK SINGH: Co-founder, AK Singh is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur (Electrical & Electronics Engineering, 1995 batch). He began his career as a software engineer and worked with several reputed organizations. Driven by a desire to build things differently, he started by founding software solutions company (2002, Bangalore) and later moved into real estate, where he delivered his first residential 1 acre layout project (Green Estates, 2004, Bangalore) in just 12 months. Since then, he has delivered multiple villa and apartment projects spread across Hyderabad and Bangalore, totaling approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. of residential development.

DILIP KUMAR SINGH: Co-founder, Dilip Kumar Singh is an architect from Bangalore Institute of Technology (2000 batch). He started his career as architect and project coordinator with several leading firms. His entrepreneurial zeal led him to become a Partner & CEO at McD BERL, where he led large-scale integrated residential developments for highly discerning customers. So far he has successfully delivered villa and apartment projects spread across integrated townships of up to 18 acres, with built-up areas exceeding 1 million sq. ft. through his design, planning and execution excellence.
